For this reason, naming our product Blue Bison was fitting, reflecting the color of our grapes. These animals are farm raised, and are given no hormones or antibiotics. Our auction is for 100% all-natural bison meat. These products were prepared from inspected and passed meat. All products are vacuum-packed and shipped frozen in an insulated container with dry ice and/or ice packs.
