We make every attempt to ensure the items we list are in stock at the time of the listing. Every order is fulfilled, packed and shipped as fast as possible. Custom orders can take 2 - 8 weeks for shipping, depending on the item ordered.
We usually have all the products in stock. Our site is updated with the current stock position of each product every hour, yet we occasionally may sell out of certain items during the hour before the update. If an item in your order goes out of stock, we will notify you within 24-72 hours of the order date, provide the availability date, and ask you if you want to wait and buy that item. If your order has been shipped, we will forward you a tracking number or have provided a tracking number on our Customer Service page. If you order is pending shipping, backordered, or cancelled you will also be notified or able to view the status on our Customer Service page. Refund Policy: We are positive you are going to be extremely pleased with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied, we have am Ebay Seven Day Refund Policy: You must email us within 5 days of delivery, and ship back within 7 days (total of 12 days) via USPS Priority Mail, and you are responsible for the return freight. Refunds will be for the purchase price only and S/H is not refundable. Item must be received in original condition, unused, undamaged, and contained within the original packaging.
Custom orders are non-refundable so please ask all the questions you need to ask on a product, before placing an order. We want our customers to experience a pleasant shopping experience and in certain instances we can offer a store credit for custom orders.
Shipping Damages: Must be communicated immediately upon taking delivery. You must retain the original packaging and we will file a claim on your behalf.
