You are looking at a New Blue Dot Kit.

This has Chrome Bezels and Jeweled Glass Lenses.

These are the Good Ones that you see at your Car Shows & Cruise Nights.

This could Installed On many types of Plastic Lenses.

To mount these, carefully drill holes to proper size, insert kit pieces, once the rings and lenses are in place, take the 4 chrome ends (on the backside of the chrome rings), using a pair of plyers, gently twist 1/4 turn.

That will lock all three parts (Main lens, chrome ring, and blue dot) in place.
