Blue Jean Teddy Bear Light Switch Cover Plate. This cover plate is part of the blue jean teddy bear nursery room decor.  Will match any and all designs of teddy bears.  Mint condition on front, but back was cut out to sit flush against wall.  Just use the same screws from existing cover, be careful.  There are no cracks or scratches or chips.  Made of a durable plaster or a light ceramic material.
