You can save on postage with multiple purchases, so please view our other auctions and STORE items. Store merchandise is not always included in eBay's regular search features, so please visit our store to find other items of interest.

Our items are not prepacked, so unless the postage is noted in the listing, we have to prepare a quote for you. Since postage is based on a combination of weight, size of package and destination and we ship a large number of multiple item purchases, prepacking is not practical.

POSTAGE

PLEASE NOTE: We are willing to ship worldwide but there are countries that are not applicable for insurance from Canada Post and we currently do not mail to these countries. If you are in doubt, please ask before bidding.

POSTAL DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

TO USA - small parcels surface rate - 2 to 3 weeks. Large packages go expedited and general time frame is 8 to 12 business days for most destinations. OVERSEAS - England and Western Europe - surface rate is generally 6 to 8 weeks. FAR EAST, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND -surface rate is generally 14 to 16 weeks. Customs delays often add to this time. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WAIT - PLEASE DO NOT BID. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELIVERY TIMES. If you require faster delivery for small parcels , please ask about air mail rates. Air parcel and xpresspost post rates for large packages are very high but we can quote the rates if you wish.

PAYMENTS

Ebay's new policy of electronic payments only means PAYPAL for us. Sellers can only accept other methods of payment when requested to do so by the buyer. We are happy to accommodate you.

 If you do not hear from us within 3 days, check your spam or junk file. Many emails are being misdirected to these folders by some isps, especially Hotmail, Earthlink, Xplornet,  AOL and Shaw.

RETURN POLICY:

Please note that unless otherwise stated, all items that we sell are "previously owned". We make every effort to describe the condition as accurately as we can, but no one is perfect. Should you find the item is not as described, we will gladly arrange a refund if we are unable to send a suitable replacement. We refund only for items that have been incorrectly described, not for "buyer's remorse" so if you are in doubt about something, please ask before bidding. Vintage and antique items will likely show signs of usage. All our items (where possible) are now invisibly marked to insure that the item returned is in fact the item we shipped. We cannot confirm whether items have come from pet or smoke free homes.
