Here we have a wonderful Blue Opalescent Whimsey Footed Nut Bowl. This nut bowl was made by Northwood company between 1880-1930. Northwood was not a company to be famous for there whimsied shape. They are hard to find but there is a few. This nut bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or flea bites. it stands on 3 feet and is the Lattice Medallions pattern. It does not have the Northwood mark but not all pieces did. This is a wonderful addition to any Northwood or Opalescent Glass Collection. xx-385
