All Sales Final. We do not accept returns for items you do not like and/or do not fit. Please review the measurements carefully before you purchase/bid. If you have any questions please ask before you bid/buy. We will be happy to answer all questions regarding the item.

We try our best to describe and measure each item but if we had made an error, please contact us immediately upon receipt of item and we will work with any problems you may have. Customer satisfastion is our #1 priority!

The winning bidder will receive an email with checkout information. There will be a link to our secure checkout where you can make payment. If you are making mulitple purchases, please contact us for a combined invoice so we can send your items together to save you on shipping.
Items paid individually may not get the combined shipping rate!
INTERNATIONAL buyers, please contact us for a modified invoice for the correct shipping charge. As default your invoice will show the domestic shipping charge. If you make payment without a modified invoice, we will paypal you a money request for the remaider of the shipping. This may delay your package so we strongly encourange you contacting us for a modified invoice.

Will you be able to email me with additional measurements?
Yes, just contact us with the specific measurements needed. If you have a problem with sizing, please contact us with your bust, waist, and hip measurements and we will let you know the proper size needed.

Will you combine multiple purchases ?
Yes, please email us for a combined invoice once you are finished shopping. Items paid on a single combined invoice will be shipped together. Please do not pay for items individually.

Will you send me a total?
Yes, you will get an invoice for each item won/purchased. If you need a combined invoice, please contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We are now accepting paypal, money order, and cashier's check

Payment must be received in our office in 7 days within the closing date of the auction. If multiple purchases are made, payment must be received witihin 7 days of the closing of the first item won . Unpaid Item Reminders will be sent out if payments have not been received in 10 days and item will be relisted.

When are you going to ship my package?
We generally ship out items within 1-2 business days. If you need it earlier, please contact us asap for possible arrangements.

What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL. Please make your purchases with care. We list measurements so please go by the measurements listed and not strictly from the sizes listed. We will not accept returns on items that do not fit.

What if there is a problem with my item?
Please contact us within 1 day of receiving your item. All claims made after that will not be considered.

Will you hold my purchase for delivery of a later date?
Yes, please contact us prior to making payment and we will be able to accomodate this.
