Bluebeard’s Beach Club is nestled on a secluded Caribbean beach at the southern end of the island, making this an idyllic oceanside spot for couples or smaller families. If you prefer your Virgin Islands vacation free of crowds and commercialized tourist areas, you’ll find this resort offers you many of the same on-site amenities and activities that are at the more popular locations, but in a more residential-style environment.

Any legal proceeding of any nature brought by either party against the other to enforce any right or obligation under this Agreement, or arising out of any matter pertaining to this Agreement, shall be submitted for trial, without jury, before the state or federal courts located in James City County, Virginia. The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
