• Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item (each auction is considered 1 item); any variable quantity purchase listing such as an eBay Store Listing, shipping rate is calculated based on the quantity purchased. This applies even if the items are sent in the same package. Please factor in the S&H charges before you place your bid.
• Optional shipping insurance is offered (for both US and international buyers). We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit.

• Warranty period: 90 days warranty for all products except digital camera of which the warranty period is one year.
• If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives via email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA.
• Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
