1.) Buyers must contact me by email within 14 days from the DATE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED BY ME - BUYERS ALWAYS RECEIVE EMAILS NOTIFYING THEM THAT THE ITEM HAS SHIPPED. Delays caused by foreign shipping/customs office will be taken into account on a case by case basis. REMEMBER - I DO NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGES. SEVERELY DELAYED, DAMAGED PACKAGES OR ITEMS DAMAGED BY EXPOSURE TO EXTREME HEAT ARE POSTAL AUTHORITIES RESPONSIBITY. Please pay for priority USPS mail with insurance if this is a possible concern for you - I will always change invoices accordingly if asked. 
2.) Please describe the problem in your email and give me a chance to respond by email BEFORE you ship it back to me. 
3.) Refunds will be paid via Paypal and will include the auction price (or the portion of the auction price that the particular returned item represents when multiple items were sold in the same auction) and the original shipping cost.
4.) Buyer must pay the return shipping cost - and the item must be first returned to me BEFORE any refund will be made.  
5.) At my discretion - if the item was grossly misrepresented by accident on my part - I will also refund the buyer his return shipping costs.
I think this is fair to us both - REMEMBER - my feedback is viewable at all times - my reputation as an honest seller for 9 years on ebay has been clearly established., Assume during any dispute that I will try to be fair and that I want your business - and I will make sure we both are satisfied with our transaction.
