This item is a Motorworks Bobblehead Race Fan.  The mini-bobblehead represents a racing fan of the Richmond International Raceway holding a radio scanner and his favorite drink.  He is wearing a red/white/blue bandana with his scanner headset.  His shirt says "Virginia is for Racin' ".  He is wearing red shorts and standing next to his cooler.  The base has the Richmond International Raceway logo on the top and printed across the front of the base is "Richmond International Raceway".  The bobblehead stands approx. 4" tall.
