*All buyers must fill out a KY Farm Exemption form (even if you live out of state.)  This form allows us to not have to charge sales tax for farm machinery.  Any buyer that does not fill out this form or is not a farmer will be charged KY's 6% sales tax rate for the price the item ends at.

Buyer agrees to arrange pickup within 30 days of auction's close in Russell Springs, KY. Should you wish to have the item delivered, we charge $2.25 per mile from zip code 42642. Please note that any item not picked up in the 30 day window will be subject to a storage fee.

We do accept returns within 7 days of item purchase should you not be satisfied with the machine. Please note that a return will only be accepted if the machine comes back in the exact shape that it left. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be made in full less 10% return fee. No partial refunds will be given & we do not renegotiate sale price.
