Up for auction is a industrial grade heavy duty tooth bar 60"-75" custom built for your bucket (contact us for larger).  Our tooth bars are all built for heavy duty use but priced well below our competitors.  The quality and pricing of the bars meet the demands of a professional yet are a bargain for the homeowner.

Compare our teeth with our competitors 

The teeth are the most important component on a tooth bar.  You will find that most tooth bars offered by our competitors are constructed with teeth that are "manufactured".  A manufactured tooth usually consists of at least two components which are welded together.  The bead of weld can easily be seen and is usually found around the bottom portion of the tooth.  All of our teeth are forged .  These teeth are usually found on bars which are priced for HUNDREDS more.  Forged teeth are one piece with no seams and are formed with materials harder and longer lasting than the manufactured type.

The teeth on this bar are among the best on the market.   The shank consists of cast hardened steel and is 1.5 inches thick (unlike most of our competitors 1 inch shanks).  Also, the teeth on all our bars are now all either forged or cast (not manufactured) for severe conditions and long life.  The teeth are interchangeable and pinned on through the top for easy access, not the side as seen on others (See photo).  Teeth are spaced approx. 9-10" apart.

The "bar" portion of the tooth bar, although important, does little more than hold the teeth in place. The teeth on a properly fitted tooth bar will absorb almost all the energy and force which is generated when in use.

Our bars are field proven with hundreds in use.  These bars are excellent for almost all digging conditions including asphalt removal, rocky soil, root laden soil, clay, and more. 

The bars can be fitted to almost any size bucket and can be installed and removed in minutes. 

The bars are custom manufactured to your dimensions and predrilled to accept 5/8 inch bolts through your bucket (we will not pre-drill at your request).  The bars are painted construction yellow with industrial grade paint.

You will not find a better grade tooth bar near these prices. 

Please note: Tooth bars will not fit buckets with bolt on cutting edges.

A- Bucket thickness.  The bucket thickness consists of the thickness of the cutting edge and any added thickness such as the the bucket it is welded to.  In the photo below (photo A) the cutting edge is 3/8" and the bucket is 1/8" for a total thickness of 1/2".  The majority of buckets range from about 1/2" to 3/4".

B- Inside width.  This measurement should be taken from inner wall to inner wall as seen in photos (photo B).  This particular bucket is 48".
