 Shipping Information: Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit Insurance is optional. Most items are shipped through USPS with delivery confirmation. Other shipping arrangements must be agreed upon before shipping. You will receive an email from Paypal shipping once your package has shipped that will include delivery confirmation number). Delivery confirmation is no the same as tracking; the post office only updates the website once the item has been delivered.

Shipping Addresses: We ship only to the address that you have indicated on you Paypal account. We can not ship to addresses that have been emailed or written in the notes. Our automated shipping system will not allow to change. Please make sure that your Ebay and Paypal accounts are updated with all your current information.

Combined Shipping information: Combined shipping discounts available for multiple purchases shipped together.  In order to combine shipping discounts you MUST pay for the items together with ONE single payment.  The combined shipping calculates as follows: full priced shipping for the item with the highest listed shipping price and then $ for each additional item.  If you combined shipping does not automatically calculate at the time of your check out, please let us know we will get you an invoice with the adjusted shipping.

Returns or Exchanges: Seller assumes no responsibility for efficacy of product or any possible skin reactions. Because of the nature of skin care products, we cannot accept returns.  If an error occurs on our part, we will be more than happy to fix the mistake.

International Buyers: Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We are not responsible for these and cannot quote these fees. Please contact your local customs agency.
