I'm all about fun!  I'm a stay-at-home mom to 3 very active boys who love their toys, cartoons, sports and school.  So what started as a hobby decorating their clothes with their favorite characters and names grew into a business.  

All of my garment printing is done using a top-of-the-line Direct to Garment Printer (DTG) using environmentally and child safe inks.  What you get it high quality designs on high quality garments, not an iron-on which will will fade and peel off in the wash!

My DTG allows me to print multi-color, complex, detailed graphics on both light and dark colored garments.  In addition to what you see listed on eBay, I can print on polo and golf shirts, mousepads, sweatshirts, hoodies, towels, aprons, tote bags, pillow cases and more.  If you don't see a specific character listed, just send me an email and I can design something for you.  I also do custom garments for family reunions, birthdays, corporate events, small businesses, anniversaries, sports teams, charities, schools, etc.

As a sole-proprietor working out of my home, all of my tees are made by ME!  So you can be sure your order will be made here in the USA and made with care!  Plus, I am your only point-of-contact so if you should have any issues with your order you will be speaking directly to the boss and someone who truly cares about your satisfaction.  I'm not perfect and mistakes do happen, especially when all three of my kids are off of school and driving me nuts but I'll do whatever I have to do make it right and correct any errors!

I take great care packaging every item to ensure a quick and safe shipment to you. I charge a shipping fee to cover the actual shipping cost as well as the cost of materials and labor including envelopes, labels, ink/toner, my time, trips to the post office, gas, parking fees, waiting on lines, etc.  Many people do not truly understand all of the costs associated with shipping a package, simply the cost of the stamp alone does not cover it all. 

Once your order has been processed and I have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.  If you require your item by a specific time as a gift or for a function, please contact me immediately to inquire if I will be able to meet your deadline.  As the only employee, there may be times when I cannot simply get you what you need in the time frame you need.  

Issues arise such and not having a certain size or color tee in stock, shortage of ink needed to print the garments and even the day-to-day details of being a mom (sick kids, soccer games, homework assignments, parent-teacher conferences, field trips, etc.) can delay orders.  

Please note that once I get your order to USPS then I've done my job.  I cannot be held responsible if the post office loses or delays your shipment so I always advise to chose and pay for priority shipping, believe me, its worth the extra $1.00 it costs for priority shipping!

Personalized items cannot be returned for obvious reasons.  That size 4XL, Neon Orange, Elmo tee that you personalized with "SCHMOOPIE" most likely cannot be resold so please make sure that you pick the correct size and color and that YOU spell the name/personalization correctly.  Should I misspell the personalization on your order then I will send you a new item but if its your mistake then you will have to repurchase a new item!

For all other non-personalized items you can send your item back for a size exchange only.  Every order is printed individually, I do not stock certain designs and sizes/colors so when you exchange an item I need to re-print the item.  To exchange your item simply ship it back to me to the address below with a note letting me know what size you would like instead and include $3.00 for US domestic or $7.00 for international shipping to cover the cost of postage of the new item.
