How it works:

That is up to you. Generally speaking a program of 6-12 wraps are sufficient for most people to reach their goal. Then to maintain results, you can apply the wrap once or twice a month. I didn’t achieve any inch loss during my first couple of wraps. What happened?

Did I do something wrong?In some cases the loss of inches is not immediately noticed after the wrap. There are a couple of reasons for this: if you have any medical problems like diabetes, heart disease, or thyroid

problems. These medical conditions affect circulation and circulation is key in getting the ingredients worked in and working in the body. Sometimes it takes as many as 3 or 4 wraps to see the substantial inch loss that can be achieved. Or you will see the inch loss after a day or two of wrapping, so measure for three days after your wrap too. Also make sure you follow the instructions.
