I have for your bidding pleasure a 3 way professional Bogen tripod head. It is used but, in Excellent condition... Manfrotto/Bogen MKII 029 tripod head and it comes with a quick release plate and mounting bolt.
The 3 way tilt head works perfectly and all movement is ultra smooth and locks down firm. The quick release plate locks snuggly in its slot for perfect quick mounting on and off the tripod head.
I have been watching these heads, on eBay, for the past 5 months and shipping is usually between $18.00 to $35.00. That's what the sellers are charging!
Well... I have determined that I can carefully take the handles off and pack it into a USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate Box) and send it anywhere in the USA for only 10 Bucks.
