You are looking at a Bogen Manfrotto 3221w Wilderness Tripod 3130 Head.  This tripod is designed for wildlife and nature use with cameras with up to medium format or heavy telescopic lenses. There are 2 leg extensions in black anodized aluminum finish and 3 leg warmers.  A reversible center column separates the tripod in two sections for low angle shots. There are rapid action lever leg extension locks and rubber feet with retractable steel spikes.  This is in great condition and ready for use.
