  Bolex H16 - Amazing, Newly Restored Classic... Package includes: (1) Bolex H16 Camera Body #18538 (1941~1943) ~ and ~ (1) Taylor-Hobson Cooke Anastigmat f2.7 1" Lens #257274 (1) Kodak Anastigmat f1.6 50mm Lens (1) Ilex Optical Co./ Universal Camera Corp. f3.5 Telecor Anastigmat Univex 75mm Lens I obtained this equipment in a large purchase of camera equipment from the original owner. This camera has been very, very lovingly cared for. The body is in excellent condition, with very few and very light signs of normal use around the edges. Leather coverings are in exceptionally good shape, firmly attached and unblemished. The chrome in like manner is in terrific shape, smooth and clean. Internally clean as whistle. Please see the photographs. And now, the camera is mechanically as sound as the day it was made. This is because, as the camera has been stored away so many years, I decided it warranted a complete CLA ("Clean, Lube, Adjust). Work was performed last month by Bernie at Super16mm, Inc. in New York State. Here is the line item from the invoice: "Bolex nonreflex camera (Serial No. 18538): Cleaned, lubed, and adjusted camera movement. Cleaned optics". $225.00". A smart investment in a camera that most certainly deserves it. This camera is ready for action. Although camera has been tested, I recommend you perform your own test if you intend to perform serious work. There are no light leaks or other issues, but you should still perform your own tests. The Kodak lens was on the camera when I obtained it, the other lenses were in another box. I figured they used to go with it, so I have included them in this offering. They are all in top optical and mechanical shape with no issues. The two longer lenses do show more signs of their age, but no abuse whatsoever. Please see the photographs. Camera Serial Numbers are consistent in all three locations for this period model: - inside the camera body, - on the film chamber cover and even on - the viewfinder. You can see this in the photographs. CONDITION OF CAMERA & LENSES >>> Please Take Note <<< Camera in Very Good Condition, with a few signs of normal use. Lenses in Good to Very Good Condition ~ better optically than cosmetically. All mechanisms 100% operational, tight, positive and smooth. All glass is clean and clear. Known Issues: Film transport "clicking" option is audibly very low. Package is sold As Is. Set contains only & everything depicted in photographs. >>>>Sorry, the plastic tripod in the photographs belongs to my son, and he gets to keep that for his Super 8...<<<< Tripod is not part of the package!
