Are my tickets in hand?
Sometimes tickets are in hand ready to ship, other times we are still waiting on the tickets from our contact. We guarantee all tickets in time for the event. This could mean tickets will ship next week or they could ship closer to the event. Look at our feedback and use common sense, we deliver what we sell. By bidding you agree to accept a possible late delivery.
Are the seats listed my exact tickets?
Many times you will receive the exact location listed. HOWEVER we reserve the right to substitute seats which are equal or better. We will never give you lesser seats and you often get free upgrades. (Upgrade is considered any section closer to the stage, home plate, 50 yard line, center court and/or a lower row). By purchasing from us you agree to the possibility of an upgrade. This should be seen as a major advantage in purchasing from us, as you will at times get better seats than you order. LOOK AT OUR FEEDBACK AND USE COMMON SENSE WE OBVIOUSLY DELIVER WHAT WE PROMISE OR BETTER.
Shipping:
We ship our tickets via Federal Express to ensure secure delivery. Winning bids and payments placed after 4pm Eastern Standard time or on the weekends may ship the following business day.

If tickets are Ticketfast, we will most likely email you the ticket file. If they are hard tickets, we will ship Fed Ex and you will get the tickets in time for the event!!
