This listing is for a Bond Hand Woven Neck Tie.  It is 54.5 inches in length and the widest part of the front of the tie is 2 inches.  It has a Striped design with Brown, Black and White color.  I did not see any spots at all.  It does have some wrinkles.  It has a tag that says Bond Hand Woven - Made in California - It doesn't say what material the tie is - See Photo for actual tie.
