The Bone Crushers hand gripper series was developed for athletes who want to take the training of their grip strength to the next level.

These high quality aluminum-handled hand grippers are crafted with 50 inch-force-lb torque increments from 100lbs to 350lbs so that you can train your grip similar to training any other body part-- by increasing resistance. This will finally allow you to build the huge forearms and crushing grip you have been unable to achieve by doing endless reps with plastic-handled hand-grippers.

If you want to develop serious hand strength for a sport, or just want to impress your friends, than the Bone Crusher hand grippers are the perfect choice for you! If you're worried about working hard, getting sore hands and possibly some calluses on your fingers, than this product is not for you!

Our hand grippers were designed for developing incredible hand strength. To do this, you must train your hand similar to any other body part and use low reps(and only 2 to 3 times per week) You will not develop a super strong grip by doing a lot of repetitions. Like any other bodypart, don't forget to warm-up and stretch your hand.

Keep the reps in the range of 5 to 25. If you are able to do 15 to 25 reps with a particular strength of gripper, it is a good time to move up to the next level of gripper. Even if you aren't able to close the next level you can do partials, forced reps and assisted negatives until you are fully able to close it. The average person has trouble being able to close the HG200 on the first try and many report after a couple of months of training they are easily closing it for reps.

When you are able to close your lighter grippers for more than 25 reps, you can use them for warm-ups and for "super-sets". An example of a "super-set" would be to use the HG250 for 2 reps, then the HG200 for 8 reps, then the HG150 until failure, then the HG100 to failure.

Spring Breaks: Shipping damage or dropping the gripper greatly increases the chance of spring breakage. The shiny black coating makes it easy to spot any defects or damage. If your spring has even a small chip out of the metal, do not use as it will most likely break. If you inspect your grippers upon arrival and take good care of them, you should not have any issues.

Avoid Over training: Only use your Bone Crushers 2 to 3 times per week!

The Woody Gripper is a fully adjustable grip & forearm machine that will work all of the muscles of the hands & forearms. It lacks the knurled handles of the Vise Gripper, so it is a little less comfortable in the hand, but it's less expensive. It also has over sixty increments of adjustable resistance that insures fantastic hand and forearm growth.

Return Policy:

All returns must be received in the original package. There will a 25% restocking fee charge for all returns other than defects. Buyers are also responsible for shipping both ways. An item may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Special order items are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an item has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred due to a cancellation and will be responsible to ship the item back to receive a refund. They will not be charged a restocking fee.
