Bang on My Bongos

 

Everytime we have the party at Skinny Mike’s house in Pasadena

he be playin those damn Bongos.  I don’t know what he be on

but he be pretty good for a skinny white guy.  The ladies just

go nuts on him when be playin and sometimes he be doin his

poetry and playin them Bongos too.  Then one time I saw this

really big gal Gloria Jean hop on Skinny Mike’s lap and

bang his Bongo just like she had been playin him for years

and yet she never be with Skinny Mike and never be on a Bongo.

They just be a natural thing to play. 

I guess the lessons on the Bongos

ain’t necessary so I bet if you be wantin to play the music
