These little Boo Boo packs are simply a must have for your little ones! Approx. size is 4"x3" and filled with 100% Long Grain Rice. Double stitched for durability. These handy little packs are a perfect size for little hands, yet they do a big job!When would you need a boo boo pack? More often than you think! Use heated (usually about 30 seconds in microwave, times may vary so be sure to always check how warm it is before placing on your child's body) for sore muscles, aches, growing pains, colds and flu, immunizations and general restlessness. Perfect for upset tummies or gas pains! When life throws some bumps and bruises your little one's way, use a cold pack (kept stored in a zip lock freezer baggie in the freezer works best) for immediate relief! Works immediately. These feel so much nicer than traditional freezer packs, they are not hard and frozen solid, so they feel soothing laying on the skin. My little ones run for theirs every time they get a boo boo! I recommend having 2 on hand, one to keep in the freezer so you have it readily available, as well as one to be able to heat.
