Returns and refunds are allowed on new items purchased if the item is not in the condition as stated in the description, provided insurance is purchased.  Refund amount will be minus the shipping cost.  The buyer pays the return shipping cost.   I do not give refunds on used items sold.  I give a full description of the condition of used items.  You can bid with confidence knowing I carry quality products!! 

I now accept Paypal only for payment.  Payments must be received in 7 days of auction completion.  I sell only to the United States.
