3 days after the buyer receives it | Basically eBay is making us add a return policy, but with the diverse type of items we sell, we don't fit into there Cookie Cutter style of business. Like I said we sell a diverse products ranging from new factory boxed items to used pieces of test equipment and lab equipment. Due to the nature of the items sold the warranty and warranty length varies from item to item, so check the specifics of the item you are looking at for the warranty on that item. Item specifics listed for the item supersede the eBay boiler plate return policy, in some cases it will be longer than listed, in other cases the item may be sold AS IS- WHERE IS meaning there is no warranty expressed or implied.
In general if no item specifics are detailed, all New Items are warrantied for 30 days, returns are accepted for change of heart purchases, but shipping both ways is on the buyer. Further items returned must be in the same condition as received, do not use and change your mind, we don't play that way.
If for any reason you receive an item that was not described correctly feel free to return it for an exchange or full refund including shipping costs. This doesn't qualify if we mis-used a word, mis-spelled an item, it is mean as the general intent of the listing as a whole. We're not out to mislead anyone, but being human mistakes happen, all we can do if that happens is to work with you the customer for a fair out come to resolve the problem.
Should a problem come up, we are here to try and work through all reasonable issues, but will not play unreasonable games.
