Boosey and Hawkes Embassy Cornet

This Embassy cornet was made by Boosey and Hawkes in England.  Serial number is 11599.  It is 16 inches in overall length and the bell is 4.5 inches in diameter.  The bore at the second valve slide is 0.457 in.  Aside from a small ding on both the 2nd and 3rd slides, there are only faint marks and worn lacquer as seen on the valves in photo.  Valve buttons are mother of pearl in good shape.  Valves are in good shape and slides are tight and smooth.  Cornet has nice tone and good volume--a nice choice for students and marching bands.  The case is original and has been cleaned and oiled.  Cornet has been cleaned, valves aligned, and lubricated and is ready to play with new water key cork.  Mouthpiece is not included but music lyre is.  Personal Check and Paypal accepted.  Email with questions or for more photo detail.
