Please note that the package shows it is version 4.0 but you can insure the CD-ROM is actually the latest update version 4.01 by looking at the files which are dated 10/21/98 plus this includes the Borland Delphi 4 Update Pack #3 including 3/21/99 updates.  Note: This third update pack can only be applied if the second update pack is already installed. The install will tell you if you have not installed the second update pack already.  The second update pack is contained on this CD.  Install that update pack using the edition-specific (Client/Server edition, Professional edition, Standard edition or WebBroker edition) executable. 

This product is a NEW - NEVER INSTALLED - LICENSED opened retail CD-ROM (not Academic or Upgrade) and includes all of the following:
