• I accept US payments by Paypal, USPS Money Orders and personal checks if pre-approved. Paypal is preferred. If you send a check or MO, I will ship when the funds are cleared which may take up to 10 days or longer. I do not accept any international sales or payments at this time. All payments are due within 7 days of auction close.

• I mail daily when the post office is open. I ship the morning after receiving payment or payment clears. I am disabled therefore unable to make special arrangements without hiring someone to go to the post office for me.

• Customer Service is very important to me. A happy customer is a repeat customer. I try to answer all e-mails within 24 hours or so. Keep in mind that I'm a disabled person selling items from my home not a regular business with the resources to respond to you immediately or on the weekend/holiday, but you will hear within 24 hours or so.

• Shipping & Handling - I purchased & use high quality packaging materials to ship your items, you will not get grocery bags or manilla envelopes for packaging your books, movies, software, or audio. Remember the USPS can be brutal on packages. You will have the option for insurance. I will also purchase an EDC # for your pacakge. I'll combine the shipping portion of S/H for items purchased and paid for at the same time. The more you buy the bigger the discount. If you want the discount, before paying please let me know what you're purchasing that you want discounted so I'll remember to send a combined invoice to you. If you need to know the discount prior to the purchase please email me for the discounted price.

• Auction items are coming from a non-smoking home with 2 beautiful cats who double as the shipping manager. I try to make sure that you do not get any cat hairs with your purchase, but I may miss one once in a while since Oreo Cookie & Baby Bear are pretty nosey critters.
