Most items we carry ship with UPS. In these cases we cannot ship to PO Boxes. For small items that originate in Raleigh, we will ship USPS priority mail to provide faster service. As a general rule however, please provide your physical address so there is no delay.

We do not currently ship outside of North America.

We will usually ship your order within one business day. We'll ship the same day if your payment is received before noon eastern time.

We reserve the right to ship only to the verified or confirmed billing address. If you want shipment to an address other than the confirmed address, please provide your phone number and a brief explanation. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests.

The returned item must include all original materials in undamaged and "like new" condition in its original box.
