When we receive your payment your item will be shipped with DHL. Their service is both fast and courteous, and we will provide you with the tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on their website. Alternative shipping arrangements can be made upon your request, and shipments to APO/FPO addresses will be delivered by the United States Postal Service.

The free shipping offer applies to any address in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

We can also accept your credit card payment over the phone. Simply call us toll-free at 1-877-MUSIC-18 to pay over the phone.

If you choose not to pay with a credit card, you can also send us a money order. Please print-out the "mail-in order form" under 'QUICKLINKS' to include with your payment. 

Should you decide not to keep the item for any other reason, you are welcome to ship the item back to us. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We do not pay for return shipping costs should you change your mind.
