Boss OC-2 Octave
This ped is in good used condition. All functions, pots, jacks, switch e.t.c.function perfectly! A few nicks and scratches. This unit with serial number ac07598 was produced November 1990. 1 or 2 octaves below, tracks well. Add a distortion and you can sound like Jon Lord! Fatten up those solos with this great old school Boss octave pedal

The OC-2 had originally a much lighter non-metallic brown colour and it was labeled "Octaver" instead of just Octave. It has always been popular with both guitar players and bass players. To get a steady and reliable sound from the OC-2, it is recommended that you keep your action high and that you have absolutely no fret buzz on your guitar. It is also an advantage to use a compressor in front of the OC-2 to limit the spectrum of frequencies that the OC-2 has to work with.

Boss Advertisement text (2001): Fattens your overall sound by producing three separate tones - the original tone, a second tone one octave below the original, and a third tone two octaves below the original, for a complete tone three octaves thick. Each octave tone's volume can be controlled independently. The OC-2 features natural, clear octave sounds with stable pitch even for staccato style picking.

A note to my international friends
I love my international customers. I will ship anywhere in the world. But I need to address an issue that frequently comes up just so you know where I stand. Customs in your country may delay your package, and may even impose extra fees to release your package. These things are out of my control. Unless it was a fault on my end (i.e. missed shipping instructions) you are responsible in dealing with your customs agency. If I may be of some assistance with the problem I will be glad to help.
To all who view my listings
I have provided a shipping calculator in the listing for your convenience and information. It provides an accurate estimate of your shipping charges for most anywhere in the world. Please use it! Thanks
