Damaged Items: Items will occasionally be damaged in transit. When this is discovered please provide description and photos of all damaged goods along with a phone number. We will immediately file a UPS claim for the item. At the time UPS returns the damaged item buyer is entitled to refund or replacement.

Returns: We can take returns only when the item arrives other than described in the listing. We must be made aware of misrepresented item within 7 days of delivery.
