If it is damaged you may be eligible.  You must email me first and discuss the situation.  If an item is breakable and turns up damaged and insurance was not arranged for, that is not eligible for a refund.  I try to be very fair, but I have been taken advantage of in the past.  Item must be returned in the same condition - not worn, tags removed, etc.  Thank you for understanding!
