About Us
The Fire Company was founded by a career firefighter, on the desire to provide quality firefighting and EMS tools, equipment and supplies to the men and women in the fire and emergency medical services in a way that provides convenient 24/7 access. We come to you with more than 15 years of firefighting and EMS experience. We only offer products that we have used or seen in action, that we know will meet the rigorous demands of the job.
Shipping
Most items ship within five business days of receiving cleared payment. Some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may take 10-14 business days to be shipped. Buyer will be notified immediately of shipping delays. We reserve the right to use alternate shipping methods that may be more cost effective or efficient.
Custom or special order items will be shipped once production is complete. Approximate production times are listed in the item descriptions. Please read ALL item descriptions fully and carefully. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase. Returned merchandise must be received in its original packaging with no evidence of use. Upon receipt of your return, The Fire Company will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method. If the original payment was made by check or money order, a company check will be issued.
Please note: Custom and special order products are not returnable if they were made to your specifications.
If you return a product for a size and/or style exchange, you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product to The Fire Company. You will then be charged to re-ship the new product.
To return merchandise, use the same packaging. Please include a copy of your packing slip.
Used items are not returnable.
We suggest shipping your return via a trackable method. You are responsible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we will not be responsible for lost items.
