This auction is for 1 seed packet of Bottle Gentian also commonly called Closed Gentian. Each packet contains 40 seeds.

Bottle Gentian's scientific name is Gentiana andrewsii.

Bottle Gentian is a bottle shaped flower that does not open. Blue in color, the Bottle Gentian blooms from July to September. It will grow from 1 to 2 feet tall and prefers partly shady and medium moisture environments.

These seeds are hand-picked from the plant's native habitat. Hand picking ensures that the seeds are picked when they are ripe and also ensures that your packet is filled with seed from this plant ONLY.

These are not grown in a nursery. To preserve their quality the seeds are taken from the plant as it grows in the wild.
