VINTAGE CZECHOSLOVAKIA PAIR OF BOUDOIR or VANITY LAMPS
Beautiful pair of lamps - flowers and gilt look hand painted. Height at top of shade is 12 inches. Base is 4 inches in diameter. Belonged to an elderly aunt - probably purchased in the late 20's or early 30's when she first when to work. Lovely delicate green and flowers are dainty. The color does not show well in the pictures with the shades. Base is printed with Czechoslovakia in circle and numbered in gold. We couldn't find anything comparable to this pair of lamps online - so we're guessing they are unusual.
Condition: Shades are fragile and have rips and wear - I'm not sure if they'll survive shipping without further damage. The wire shade frames could be recovered and used. Lamps are not functional - will need rewiring and electric updated before use. Vintage plugs, but two different ones. Bases are not chipped or cracked but underside of base is roughly made and the bumps show wear on bottom of both lamps.
