I made the cuff ruffles with the same watermelon fabric

 I added a second layer to the the cuffs made of the watermelon seed fabric 

Added the watermelon patches in the perfect spots 

The bib has been topped off with a satin bow

I have also included a picture of another popular watermelon print that is in a turquiose color

The bow is removable & movable for washing
