I am the only owner of this set, as it was custom made for Audrey. She was 2.5 in these photos. I think this set could fit a 2-3-4 as capris!

Pants measurements: Waist is 7.5" across, but stretches to 12" across, outseam is 17.5", inseam is 11", rise is 7.5"
Swing top: middle of bib to hem is 16" , shoulder to hem is 18.75", 10" across chest underarm to underarm
