SPRING INTO SUMMER  Twirl Skirt!!!!


 This item is premade to fit a 4 5 6 . The skirt is made with three tiers of patchwork and there are six different kinds of fabric in this skirt. All edges are serged. The length of the skirt is approx. 15 inches long. This skirt has an elastic waistband that can stretch to many different waist sizes. The waist is approx. 21 unstretched.
