FAQ's This is a list of common questions that we have received. If you have a question that is not listed here, please feel free to contact us. Q. Is there any breakfast included? A. No, all meals & refreshments are your responsibility, you can order from the resorts restaurant or go to the local village. Q. Can I confirm before I bid that the "Bid" price is for the 7day's accommodation. So all we have to pay for is flights over there and movement to/from airport (and attend the 60min presentation)? A. Food & drinks & any other travel are also your responsibility. Apart from that, yes. Q. Can you explain a little more about the 60 min meeting we are required to attend? And what the catch is... A. If you want to call it a 'catch', attending the presentation is the only one. The presentation will explain the resorts facilities & the benefits of holiday ownership. You will not be pressured into entering any agreement at all. Q. Bali is nice....what about availability in November?
A. Availability at any time of the year needs to be checked at the time of booking. I strongly advise that you book as early as you can to avoid disappointment. Q. Hello, I was looking at the holiday to Bali and am interested in buying it but I seen the age limit and I'm only 23half but my boyfriend is 33 and I was wondering if it would be ok for me to place a bid or buy the product for us to enjoy?
A. That is no problem, the resort is flexible with their conditions. Q. Hi, I have read the feedback comments but there are only 3 and none of them are from people who have actually been there and reporting on the resort.. I see a picture of windsurfing, is that on location? what other water sports are on location? A. Not quite, the windsurfing is not on location, however it is only a few metres from the resorts beach front. Other water sports include diving, snorkelling & fishing to name a few. Q. If we wanted to extend for an extra 3 days on our stay. How much would this cost? A. You can stay longer if you wish, but you must ask at the time of booking with the resort for additional costs (payable directly to resort) & availability. Q. Can I purchase 3 vouchers for a 21 night stay? A. No. The voucher is strictly limited to 7 nights accommodation & only 1 voucher per couple/family. Additional nights can be arranged with the resort directly at a further cost. Q. I'm just wondering what the Company is that does the presentation?
A. The resort does their own presentation on site. You will not be taken to another location for the presentation. Q. Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else? A. Yes, the voucher is fully transferable & can be passed on to anyone, as long as they meet the conditions. Q. What are the check in & check out times? A. 12:00 midday for check in & check out.
