Products returned without factory original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued exchange only. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Refusing delivery not acceptable & will be treated as an unauthorized return and you will be charged double the shipping cost + 5% restocking fees.
