In excellent condition, well maintained except for one minor tear on top of headrest(photo provided)does not effect machine performance at all - barely noticeable. One magnet that was on the accessory rack that holds the bench fell off and is missing (only 2 magnets to begin with - again does not effect performance at all, still holds bench fine).
