• Insurance is optional but highly recommended – please add cost at time of check-out.  We can not be responsible for lost or damaged items. 

• Prior Authorization is required for all returns and must be done within 7 days of package delivery. 
• No merchandise may be returned unless said merchandise is defective. 
• All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable.

• We must be informed of any damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products within 48 hours of package delivery.
