To lay eyes on the fat snout of a Boyds moose, is to fall in love, and Milikin is no exception! He is 14 inches tall without his antlers, and 17 with, and is wearing a black and red tartan plaid fabric bow around his neck. He is a medium brown plush chenille with brown velour antlers and paw pads. This is an open mouth version, and was issued in 1997 and retired in 1999. Boyds issued Milikin in 2 versions, and open mouth and a "nibble" mouth. I'm not sure if this guy is a variation of the nibble mouth version, or just a factory quirk. I am also listing a nibbler, and if you look at his pictures you can see that this one's mouth is quite a bit bigger. At any rate, he is a unique moose with a big personality! Milikin was very unique when issued, as he was one of few open mouth animals and, as far as I know, is Boyds' only open mouthed moose. Milikin was also made with a closed mouth, and I have another version that is a true "nibbler." His blue and white tush tag is dated 1985-97, and he has his paper hang tag. He has been carefully displayed in my smoke free home and is in excellent, like new condition. I accept paypal only. Buyer has a choice of USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Delivery Confirmation is included as part of the handling fee. Due to a new Ebay policy we can no longer offer insurance as an option. I have not included insurance for this as most of my buyers don't request it, but if you want your item insured just let me know before you pay and I can add the cost to your invoice. Buyer must contact me within 3 days of auction's completion, and payment is due within 7 days. I will ship within 2 business days of receiving payment.
