A Public Service Announcement about eBay's DSRs (star ratings): When you leave detailed stars for a seller (not just me) you should know that your rating does not necessarily mean what you think it means. When leaving 4 stars, eBay's feedback system makes the feedback sound like a positive rating ("Shipped Quickly" for example). HOWEVER, an average rating of 4 stars is considered NEGATIVE in eBay's eyes. Think twice before leaving 4 stars - you could be harming someone's reputation when you think you're giving a positive rating.

Winning Bidder must make contact within 2 days of auction ending. Payment must be made within 5 days. We prefer Paypal, but will also accept Money Orders from buyers with feedback greater than 10.
I have had a lot of slow payers recently, which is causing a lot of stress on my end. If payment has not been received within the time frame listed above, the item WILL BE RELISTED on the 7th day after the auction closed, and a non-paying bidder notice will be submitted to eBay.

We HAPPILY combine shipping for auctions provided they close within 1 week of one another and are paid for in one payment.
Domestic Combined Shipping Rates:
Pay full price for heaviest lot (the one with the highest shipping price), then
$1.00 for each 1-3 item lot
$2.00 for each 4-9 item lot
$5.00 for any other lot, no matter how large.
Handling Fees: I charge a handling fee that is roughly equal to the cost of materials to pack the item to ship (this is a per-package average based on costs for packing tape, toner, paper, envelopes, and boxes). The handling fee is smaller for small Priority Mail packages, which do not require that I use my own packing materials. I am constantly looking for ways to save money on shipping materials, and I absolutely do not make a profit on my shipping charges. I have been known to over-estimate package weights on occasion when listing, but if you pay via Paypal, I will issue a refund of the difference if shipping is less expensive than I expected. If you are concerned that you've been overcharged for shipping, please contact me.
On Parcel Post and UPS Ground shipping:
If you choose one of these less-expensive shipping methods, please be aware that the handling time for these methods can be as long as 3 days (since I can't use carrier pickup and must therefore make time to take packages to the post office).

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.
On USPS Delivery Confirmation:
Whenever possible, I use Paypal Shipping and USPS Carrier Pickup, as I have psoriatic arthritis, and the process of taking packages to the post office can get very painful. Sometimes, packages picked up by my carrier are not scanned as they pass through the local post office. This means that tracking information is often not updated until the package is en route (sometimes not until the package arrives at its destination). If you get a shipping notification for your package, but the online tracking information does not change from "Label Printed", this does not mean I haven't shipped the package. It simply means that the package has not been scanned by the postal service.
*Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
If you are not completely satisfied, I will refund the purchase price for the item if you return it to me. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a *significant* misrepresentation of the item. The item must be postmarked within 7 days of your receiving it and must be in the same condition as when I sent it.
