All items come from a non-smoking home, however I do have animals so there may be a hair or two in the packaging but otherwise all my items are well taken care of and clean.

Shipping and Payment:

I ship by United States Postal Service.You must contact me within three days of the auction's end so that I know you are serious about purchasing the item or I have the right to relist the item. 

I will be sending an invoice within 24 hours after the end of the auction, if you are purchasing more than one item within the same 7 day time frame I will be more than happy to combine your order to save shipping costs, please wait to receive your combined invoice before you pay.

I accept money orders, cashiers check, but prefer Paypal from bidders with confirmed addresses only, if you pay by Paypal and have an unconfirmed address I will refund your money and relist your item.  I have gotten burned by a buyer with an unconfirmed Paypal address so in order to protect myself I will not accept unconfirmed payments.

No personal checks please.

I am happy to ship internationally, I use United States priority or express international mail only. 

Insurance is optional but suggested. Once the package leaves my hands for shipping I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items (I've never had this problem, just wanted to throw it in there to cover all bases).

No personal pickups so please do not ask. 

I usually ship the same day payment is received if posted prior to 6 a.m. eastern standard time  (I work a full time job, but always check my ebay account prior to going to work) otherwise your package will be shipped the next business day. I define Business days as all days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and all nationally recognized U.S. holidays.

Payment must be received within 7 days of auctions end. If payment is not received within 7 days, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed with Ebay, and negative feedback will be left.

Communication

I do work a full time job Monday through Friday, so if you ask a question about a particular item, I may not be able to answer you right away, but I will definitely send a response as soon as I can.

Refunds

Please ask questions before bidding if you need more information about an item, I do not offer refunds, so all sales are final.   I try to describe all items to the best of my ability, and sell only new or very lightly used items.  I pride myself on offering items which are in great condition and strive hard to satisfy my customers.  If you have never purchased from me before please take a moment to read my feedback comments, and then bid with confidence in the product and service that you will receive.

Feedback

I will leave positive feedback after you have received your item and left appropriate feedback for me.  If for some reason there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback so that we can try to work out a solution which is agreeable for both parties.

In closing/about me

I started selling on Ebay in March of 2007 when my dog broke her leg and I was overwhelmed with vet bills (I have a photo of her on my 'about me' page if you want to see her) My daughter and I are certifiable shop-a-holics, so at the time of my dog's injury I had plenty of items on hand in our personal closets to sell :-) I told myself that after the vet bills were paid I would stop selling on Ebay.  The dog has long since recovered and I am still going strong. :-)  My daughter has since banned me from her closet and I have sold all my stuff, so now I have become a professional shopper!  I scour the stores looking for great bargains to pass on to you!
