I ship my items within 24 hours of receiving payment Monday through Saturday. I carefully package every item and have never had an item damaged however I do recommend insurance because I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office after it leaves my hands.
I refund if you find a flaw that I may have overlooked. Sorry but I can't refund an item because you don't like it. I am also a buyer and I follow these same rules with any item I buy.
