This carpenter cargo shorts are Daniel Jacob brand, which makes wonderful quality clothing for husky sized boys.  The measurements for a 12H is 28-38 inch waist (relaxed/extended elastic waist) and 25 inch inseam. They are pull on style with no zipper.  They are a really wonderful quality and were purchased new from www.huskyfashion.com

These shorts were worn by my son for one summer season here in NJ.  There is no real wear to them, they are in great shape.  I see no stains or rips.  If you get them and are unhappy with them for any reason what-so-ever I will refund your purchase price (including s/h) once I receive them back. I will even pay your return shipping.  Any questions, please ask.  I am also listing a similar pair of shorts in a different auction, and combine shipping.
