REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is simple; If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return the item for a full refund within 7 days after receiving the item . Any jewellery that has been sized, set , unset or modified by the customer once they have received it is non-refundable. All items must be returned in original condition. The refund will be made in the same form as the purchase was made. Sorry, but Shipping, insurance and certification are non-refundable.

UK - UK Special Next Day Delivery only £5.97 or £8.84 for Saturday Special Delivery. Includes multiple strong packaging and Insurance.

USA and rest of the world- We ship via UK Royal Mail, Airsure Airmail for priority handling. Most items are shipped the next business day following receipt of payment but allow three days. Items are shipped with basic insurance, additional insurance is available on request. At this time we only ship to the UK, US, Canada or Europe.
